For Digital Copies
Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for change of mind or if you are unsatisfied with the artwork. Our team starts creating your artwork very promptly once we receive your order. A lot of hard work and time is put into each and every artwork, and unfortunately we cannot refund for time that is already spent, as you are paying for the service.
We do, however, offer free unlimited revisions if there is something you are unsatisfied with in your artwork, so that we can work with you to achieve an artwork that you are happy with.
For Physical Items
If you order physical merchandise and you receive the incorrect product, size or print, we will gladly send you a replace product. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you can request a refund or for a replacement product to be sent to you within 30 days of receiving the item. Only items that arrive damaged or broken may be eligible for a refund.
As our products are customized specifically for you and your pet(s), we cannot offer returns or refunds on our products under any other circumstances.

- To complete your refund or replacement claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We ask that you please provide photographic proof that you received the incorrect product, or that your product is faulty or damaged.
Replacements (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement claim.
If you are approved for a replacement item, then we will ask you to confirm your shipping address prior to sending you the replacement item.
We will inform you of the timeframe in which you should receive your replacement item.
If you do not receive your replacement item by the end of this timeframe, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
